Joy Behar, Ted Cruz bicker on ‘The View’ about NY Gov. Cuomo’s nursing home scandal

“The View” co-host Pleasure Behar sparred with Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas Monday right after he raised New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s coronavirus nursing property scandal, leading a media watchdog to declare that the outspoken Behar “tried to silence” the senator.
